A book lover from a tender age, Emmy Vine hid books she was reading within her desk so she could read them through classes. Her parents would always threaten punishment by way of taking a book away. The characters she read about always came alive to her. While she still loves to read, today she has many interests, which include horseback riding, CrossFit, painting and dancing. 

 

Something Sacred I Lost was born during high school, but it was not until 20 years later, with a law degree, a photography business, and five beautiful children that she decided to finish Damian’s story.
